Do I have to pay for infrequent users?
Our pricing plans are based on active users, so those users who have an account but do nothing are not counted.
Is there a limit to the number of claims or receipts a user can add?
No. A claimant can make as many claims as they like.
Will we be charged when our 2 months is up?
No. We don't ask for payment details up front, so you'll only be charged when you decide. If you want to continue after your 2 month's use, we'll organise your plan with you. If not, simply cancel, no questions asked. We'd be sad to see you go though, as it doesn't happen very often.
What if we need more time?
Just ask, as I'm sure there is a good reason. Just let us know and we'll happily discuss your options.
