Some Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to pay for infrequent users?

Our pricing plans are based on active users, so those users who have an account but do nothing are not counted.

Is there a limit to the number of claims or receipts a user can add?

No. A claimant can make as many claims as they like.

Will we be charged when our trial is up?

No. We don't ask for payment details up front, so you'll only be charged when you decide. If you want to continue after your trial, we'll organise your plan with you. If not, just cancel, no questions asked.

What if we need more than 14 days?

We'll give you time. Just let us know and we'll happily extend your trial.
